The School of Materials Science and Engineering conducted a group counseling and training activity for psychological backbone on October 21st at the west playground of the Jade Lake campus.
Under the organization of the staff, all the junior psychological backbone members of the School of Materials Science and Engineering participated in various activities, including "knowing oneself and the other", "striving to be the first", and "mutual expression of ideas". In the "Know Yourself and Know the Other" section, students are divided into different groups and choose their own group names, slogans, and team badges to get to know each other through game activities. Subsequently, there was the "Brave to Take the Lead" segment, which was mainly focused on game activities. In the three small games of "Jointly Moving Balloons," "Rolling Wheels," and "Sitting Up Hula Hoop," students worked together to complete each small task, overcome each small level, and experience the joy and infinite potential of teamwork. In the final "mutual expression of thoughts" section, the class psychological committee members expressed their recognition of this activity and their expectations for their classmates to participate in activities and play, and hoped to launch and participate in more interesting activities in the future.
The purpose of this activity is to mobilize the enthusiasm of the psychological committees of each class, promote communication and exchange, enhance mutual understanding among the psychological committees of each class, create a positive and upward team atmosphere, and improve the ability of the psychological backbone of each class in future class psychological activity construction, creating a positive and optimistic psychological construction atmosphere.
