倪永升,西北农林科技大学博士、合肥工业大学副教授、硕士生导师。教育部博硕研究生学位论文函评专家、安徽省畜禽屠宰质量管理专家、安徽省黄山学者学术骨干、河南省中原食品实验室学术骨干、中国食品科学技术学会会员、中国粮油学会会员等。主要研究领域为肉品加工、贮藏保鲜及安全控制。授权国家发明专利10余项,编写国家级专著3部,曾获福建省优秀硕士学位论文,西北农林科技大学优秀博士论文,福建省科技进步奖二等奖,山东省优秀毕业生,福建省优秀志愿者,国家奖学金(本、硕、博阶段各一次)等荣誉。担任国际期刊《Foods》客座编辑、《Journal of Future Foods》青年编委、《Carbohydrate Polymers》等知名期刊审稿人等,近六年在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Trends in Food Science & Technology、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Food Chemistry、Carbohydrate Polymers、LWT-Food Science and Technology、Analytical Chemistry、Chemical Engineering Journal、Journal of Hazardous Materials等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,其中ESI 1%高被引论文1篇,Nature index论文1篇,封面论文1篇,IF > 10论文14篇。2022级赵劲松同学荣获硕士研究生国家奖学金。
