2021年7月毕业于合肥工业大学食品科学专业,获工学博士学位。

2021年11月入职合肥工业大学食品与生物工程学院,任实验教师。

主要从事食品营养因子的高效分离与起效机制研究、实验教学&实验课程建设及相关实验室辅助工作。

近年来,先后参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、安徽省科技重大专项、安徽省杰出青年基金项目、企业委托等多项科研课题。主持中央高校专项资助基金项目2项,发表SCI收录论文10余篇、中文核心论文6篇,参编英文专著1部。
