李晗,2017年9月-2024年6月就读于大连工业大学国家海洋食品工程技术研究中心,获食品科学与工程专业工学博士学位。2024年7月进入合肥工业大学食品与生物工程学院工作。近5年,在ACS Nano, Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry等国际食品学术期刊上累计发表高水平论文20篇,其中以第一作者发表10篇,参与国家级科研项目3项,授权国家发明专利1项。
