个人学习工作简介

倪永升,西北农林科技大学博士、副教授、硕士生导师。20227月至今在合肥工业大学食品与生物工程学院工作。主要研究领域为肉品加工、贮藏保鲜及安全控制。近五年在Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Carbohydrate Polymers, LWT-Food Science and Technology等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利10余项,参编国家级专著1部。担任Carbohydrate Polymers, Food Research International等期刊的审稿人。曾获省优秀硕士学位论文,省科技进步奖二等奖,省优秀毕业生,省优秀志愿者,国家奖学金(本、硕、博阶段各一次)等荣誉。
