博士、教授、博士生导师。安徽省杰出青年科学基金获得者,安徽省领军人才特聘教授,中国粮油学会理事、中国农学会农产品物流分会委员、安徽省现代农业产业技术体系岗位专家。2013年3月毕业于浙江大学,获食品科学专业工学博士学位。主要从事果蔬采后品质调控与保鲜材料研发、微藻资源开发与综合利用等方面的研究。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、安徽省科技重大专项等项目20余项。以第一/通讯作者发表高质量论文80余篇(其中多篇入选全球Top 1%“ESI”高引论文),授权发明专利20余件,以第一完成人获安徽省科学技术进步二等奖1项。
