李晗,博士(后),硕士生导师,20179-20246月就读于大连工业大学国家海洋食品工程技术研究中心,获食品科学与工程专业工学博士学位。20247月进入合肥工业大学食品与生物工程学院工作。

近年来,在ACS Nano, Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等国际食品学术期刊上累计发表高水平论文20余篇,先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、安徽省自然科学基金青年项目、共性技术研发平台专项等国家级、省部级、校级科研项目6项,授权国家发明专利3项,参与制定团体标准2项。
