工学博士,教授,博导。兼任学术委员会院分委会委员、中国检验检测学会青年科技工作者委员会委员、CIFST-食品装备与智能制造分会理事、互联网+智能化食品产业学院(安徽省级)负责人、皖南特色农产品加工研究与应用中心主任等,为《Computers and Electronics in Agriculture》《Food Chemistry》《Journal of Food Engineering》等TOP刊物审稿人、“国家自然科学基金委”“苏皖湘浙赣科技厅”等项目评审专家。

长期从事“农业及食品品质光声智能感知技术与装备”“双创教育数智化融合理论与实践”方面的科学研究与人才培养工作。专注“光、声”感知与“智能算法、智控软件、智慧物联”融合研究,主攻光声-食品交互理论、数据挖掘、视觉计算、数值建模及智能装备集成,成果应用于肉蛋、坚果、果蔬、纤棉及智慧农业,致力于构建食品信息感知交叉学科新方向。

主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金(面上/青年)、山东省重点研发计划等10余项;以第一/通讯作者在《Computers and Electronics in Agriculture》《Food Chemistry》等期刊上发表学术论文20余篇;以第一发明人获授权发明专利7件(转化2件)、软著5项;以创始人获成果转化投资1项(估值2500万元),牵头创制智能检测装备5台/套(2款已应用);以第一导师指导学生获“互联网+”国赛金奖1项、“挑战杯”国赛金奖1项、其他省级以上获奖40余项,获评教育部创新创业优秀指导教师。

系全国高校黄大年式教师团队(19/40)、安徽青年五四奖章集体核心成员;获安徽省教学成果特等奖1项(2/8)、一等奖1项(8/10)、二等奖1项(1/3);获安徽省科技进步奖一等奖1项(3/10)
