杨静文,理学博士,合肥工业大学食品与生物工程学院讲师,生物制药与酶工程实验室骨干成员。2011年于吉林大学分子酶学工程教育部重点实验室获博士学位,期间曾赴丹麦奥胡斯大学生物化学工程系开展联合培养研究。长期从事基于蛋白质工程的酶分子改造与固定化、酶的高效表达与工程化制备以及酶催化在功能糖、生物基材料和生物制造领域中的应用研究。

近年来,围绕机器学习辅助酶理性设计、定向进化与多尺度计算分析相结合的策略,在蔗糖酶、右旋糖酐蔗糖酶、脂肪酶、转氨酶等多类工业酶的底物特异性调控、稳定性提升及催化效率增强方面取得系列进展。主持安徽省科技创新攻坚计划项目、安徽省自然科学基金面上及青年项目等多项科研课题,并承担多项企业横向合作项目。以第一作者或通讯作者在ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry等期刊发表论文多篇,相关成果获安徽省科学技术奖三等奖。

兼任安徽省药学会制药工程专业委员会副秘书长、中国生物化学与分子生物学工业专业分会委员。
