On October 1, the alumni of Class 1 of 2006 of the Food Science and Engineering major of the School of Food and Biological Engineering held a homecoming party of "Ten Years of Late Appointment, Unchanged Youth Memory", Li Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the School of Food and Biological Engineering, and Professor Chen Conggui and Professor Lu Jianfeng of the Department of Food Science and Engineering attended the event.

In the morning, under the leadership of the faculty members, the Class of 2006 alumni revisited their alma mater to reminisce about their past campus life and feel the development and changes of their alma mater. At noon, alumni had lunch together in the campus cafeteria. In the afternoon, the college held a "special class meeting" in conference room 205, and Professor Lu Jianfeng, as the head teacher of the class, took a roll call before the class meeting, the students shouted and answered one after another, as if everyone had returned to their college days more than ten years ago. Then, the teachers and students watched the blessings of the students who could not be present and the old photos of the university days. During the period, Li Yan expressed her warm welcome and gratitude to the alumni, and looked forward to the alumni continuing to care for and support the development and construction of the college in the future, such as discipline construction, scientific research, employment and internship. Professors Chen Conggui and Lu Jianfeng introduced the development of the college to the alumni in detail from different aspects.

Immediately afterwards, alumni from all walks of life, while fondly recalling the good times of the university, expressed their gratitude to their alma mater, they shared their growth and development experience one by one, saying that the school and the college have developed rapidly, and they are happy and proud of the achievements of their alma mater, and hope to strengthen the connection with the college in the future and contribute their own strength to the development of the college.

Subsequently, the alumni donated the rudder ornaments of "Food An Jia Country, Medicine Helps People's Livelihood" for the college, and in the lobby of the first floor of the food building, the alumni representatives held a donation ceremony and took a group photo in front of the college building.

The School of Food and Biological Engineering will continue to strengthen the connection with alumni, establish a communication platform, and work together to promote development.
