个人学习工作简介

查正宝,合肥工业大学黄山青年学者,教授。中国医药生物技术协会造影技术分会委员,中国生物医学工程学会光子学分会青年委员,Chinese Chemical Letters青年编委,中国化学会会员,抗癌协会纳米肿瘤专业委员会会员。

近年来,开展以解决临床医学瓶颈为目标的产学研研究,与医院、企业共建控释药物研究室、微波转化医学中心及聚焦超声治疗研究中心。针对微生物感染、炎症、肿瘤等机体稳态失调类疾病的发生、发展机制,构建基于病灶生理微环境及外源刺激(如光、声、微波等)响应的药物制剂,提高患者临床受益度。

迄今,相关研究成果以第一或通讯作者身份在Advanced MaterialsACS NanoNano LettersAdvanced Functional MaterialsMaterials HorizonsChemical ScienceBiomaterialsActa Pharmaceutica Sinica BChinese Chemical Letters等国内外期刊发表论文38篇(含6篇封面论文),授权专利4项,相关成果曾被新华社(全国通稿)、中国科学报头版及国家自然科学基金委第47期科学基金通讯等媒体报道。

1、基于细胞代谢及微环境特征响应的药物制剂研究

2、临床热疗(聚焦超声FUS,微波等)及放疗增敏研究

3、仿生型可注射肿瘤治疗凝胶的开发

4、多功能诊断治疗制剂的开发(重点结合临床超声,核磁影像)

1、基于靶标的炎症免疫性疾病药物设计,合成,筛选与成药性研究,安徽高校协同创新项目,分课题主持,在研。

2、超声诊治肿瘤的增效研究,合肥工业大学优秀青年人才培育计划A项目,主持,在研。

3、多功能CuS纳米摇铃的构建及其在癌症诊治中的应用研究,国家自然科学青年基金项目,主持,已结题。
