个人学习工作简介

先后于华东师范大学生物系毕业获理学学士学位、安徽工程大学任教、武汉大学生物化学助教进修班学习;之后于南京农业大学获理学硕士学位(导师:陈永萱教授、博导,潘迎捷研究员博导),于山东大学获理学博士学位(导师:马桂荣教授、博导,庄文颖研究员、中国科学院院士),于第二军医大学从事博士后研究工作(导师:戚中田教授、博导)。
      2004年以来,先后于合肥工业大学任教授、硕士生导师、博士生导师、系主任、安徽省教学名师。先后主持国家及省部级纵向项目20余项、横向项目10余项,主持省、校级教学质量工程项目10余项,以第一(或通讯)作者在国内外核心期刊发表论文130余篇,其中高质量论文60余篇,以第一发明人申报国家发明专利40项,其中近30项获得授权;主编省规划教材两部;培养硕、博研究生(其中境外博士生2名)及博士50余名。

代表性成果

在国际上首次研究了粒毛盘菌属多糖、黑色素、多酚等活性物质结构、分子修饰,以及抗肿瘤、抗慢性肾衰、促排重金属、抗衰老、抗肝损伤、抗胃溃疡、抗菌、降血糖、降血脂等功能及其作用机理,在此领域发表高质量论文近50篇,近20项国家发明专利获得授权。此外,本课题组还研究了植源型发酵乳的质构、风味以及降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化等功能,重要食用菌斑玉蕈中调节胞内ROS水平的关键基因的功能及其效应,以及中国芝麻香型白酒生产过程中TTMP产生的重要功能菌及其产生机制,在这些领域发表高质量论文十余篇,十余项国家发明专利获得授权。
